WHAT YOU'LL DO
OWN THE CREATIVE ENGINE
Creative is our biggest driver of growth. Our goal isn't more ads, it's consistently better ones.
- Develop ad concepts from customer insights and performance data
- Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
- Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators
- Review footage and give performance feedback
- Work with editors to polish ads
- Build repeatable production processes
LEARN THE BUSINESS
As you grow, you'll gradually take ownership across:
- Meta advertising
- Shopify merchandising
- Landing page optimization
- Klaviyo email marketing
- Product launches
- Analytics and reporting
- AI-powered marketing workflows
TURN INSIGHTS INTO ACTION
Great marketing starts with understanding customers. You'll regularly:
- Read reviews and analyze feedback
- Study competitors
- Identify buying motivations and objections
- Turn insight into stronger creative
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High agency, strong curiosity, and a desire to become an exceptional marketer. You don't need to know everything on day one, you do need to love learning.
