About Rhythms Rhythms is building the AI business execution system that enables enterprises to become AI-native—fundamentally rethinking how organizations operate, execute, and scale. We're founded by entrepreneurs who built and sold Chronus (acquired by PE) and Ally.io (acquired by Microsoft). We've raised a $26M seed round from top investors including GreenOaks, Madrona, and Accel, alongside CXOs from global technology leaders—earning GeekWire's 2024 Deal of the Year and named a 2025 AI Innovation of the Year finalist.

Rhythms transform how enterprises become AI-native by connecting strategic planning and OKRs directly to day-to-day execution and real-time progress tracking. Built on multi-agent AI architecture, our platform connects with Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, and other daily tools to automate operational workflows, surface predictive insights and risks, eliminate manual status updates, and build organizational memory that grows smarter over time. Enterprise customers choose us because we're making agentic AI reliable enough to run critical business operations.

The Role: We’re hiring a Growth PM to own our growth strategy and execution. You’ll identify the highest-leverage opportunities to grow qualified pipeline and improve conversion through the funnel, design experiments to test them, and execute hands-on to prove what works. This role requires someone who thinks strategically about growth systems but operates tactically—you’ll analyze end-to-end funnels, run experiments across acquisition and evaluation flows, partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, and use data to optimize velocity and conversion. You’ll own metrics like pipeline contribution, SQL/opportunity conversion, and funnel conversion rates, while building the measurement, experimentation, and operating cadence that will scale our growth motion.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 5-8+ years in growth roles with demonstrated impact on pipeline or revenue

  • Experience at AI-native tech companies or fast-growing startups

  • Track record of identifying growth opportunities and shipping experiments that moved key metrics

  • Experience working across product-led and sales-assisted growth motions

  • Thought leader in growth - actively sharing frameworks, learnings, and insights

Strategic & Tactical

  • You identify the highest-impact initiatives and prioritize ruthlessly

  • You design experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria

  • You understand how product experience, pricing, and sales process connect to drive growth

  • You use AI to accelerate analysis, experimentation, and execution

Analytical

  • Strong with data - you analyze funnels, run cohort analyses, and build dashboards

  • You make decisions based on data but move fast when needed

Operator

  • You ship experiments quickly, learn from results, and iterate

  • You work effectively across product, engineering, sales, and marketing

  • Strong written and verbal communication

Cultural Fit

  • You own outcomes, not just tasks

  • Comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment

  • Excited about AI-native companies and building something category-defining

What You'll Get

  • Build the growth function at an AI startup backed by GreenOaks, Madrona, and Accel

  • Direct partnership with founders - CEO owns brand and positioning, you own growth mechanics and performance

  • Full autonomy over growth strategy and priorities

  • Competitive salary and early-stage equity

  • Based in Bay Area with regular collaboration with Seattle/Redmond team
