• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding: offer letters, background checks, documentation, and induction coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in Brightedge’s HRIS systems
• Ensure smooth coordination of employee confirmations, transfers, and exits
• Continuously refine HR processes to ensure scalability and efficiency as the organization grow
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
• Prepare, validate, and process monthly payroll inputs (attendance, variable pay, new joiners, exits, etc.)
• Work with Finance and external partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution
• Administer employee benefits such as insurance, reimbursements, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Gratuity)
• Support employees with payroll- and tax-related queries
HR Systems, Analytics & Automation:

• Manage HR systems (e.g., Keka / Zoho People / GreytHR) and ensure data integrity
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual intervention
• Generate periodic HR dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making
Compliance & Policy Management:

• Ensure all HR operations align with local labor laws and internal compliance requirements
• Prepare documentation and reports for audits, inspections, or filings
• Assist in updating and communicating HR policies across teams
Employee Experience & Support:

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes or systems
• Support engagement and recognition initiatives across teams
• Partner with the People & Culture team to build a positive, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environment
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or Business Administration
• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, preferably in a startup or tech-driven company
• Proficiency with HRIS / HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, etc.)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Detail-oriented with a process-first mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Self-starter attitude with ownership and bias for action. Preferred Skills:
• Experience in a high-growth performance marketing ecosystem
• Exposure to modern HR systems, analytics, and automation
