Job DescriptionBachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related discipline and 5 years of HR experience
Experience in Human Resources enterprise applications implementation (including packaged and custom development); strong business systems analysis and process design skills
Demonstrated project management skills with proven leadership experience in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in HR systems projects
Ability to support multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines; and be solutions-oriented; ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion
QualificationsResponsible for driving the successful delivery of systems and process solutions
Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, or government law.
Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
Answers employee questions regarding benefits including insurance, sick and vacation leave, 401(k), worker’s compensation and other company offered benefits.
Responds to employee relation issues and investigates employee complaints, interviews all parties involved and assists in the preparation of material and evidence for organization to use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
Reviews and processes unemployment compensation claims
Prepares offers and participates in on-boarding and conducting New Hire Orientation.
Facilitate the exit interview and departure process for the termination/resignation of employees.
Familiar with documentation on Employer Information Report (EEO1), Disability and FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act)
