Quisitive is recognized as one of the leading Board EPM consulting partners in North America, trusted by enterprise clients to modernize and optimize their financial processes.  We are seeking a Senior Board Implementation Consultant to join our high-growth EPM practice. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused - ideal for someone with strong FP&A experience, proven client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to implement Board EPM solutions. Quisitive is a three-time Board Americas Partner of the Year, and you will be joining an award-winning implementation team working with enterprise clients modernizing planning, forecasting and performance management processes.  In this role, you will also play a key role in shaping our Board practice by mentoring consultants and supporting solution design.

This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US or Canada.

What will my role be?

  • Lead end-to-end Board EPM solution implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user enablement.
  • Translate FP&A processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidations, Reporting) into scalable Board models.
  • Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and process design interviews.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with PMO, solution architects, and technical team members to ensure successful delivery.
  • Create executive-level documentation, dashboards, and training materials.
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery methodology and internal accelerators.

What’s required?

  • Minimum 4 years experience implementing Board EPM solution in a consulting environment (required)
  • FP&A experience
  • Strong knowledge of corporate budgeting/forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional system design
  • Strong Excel and data modeling skills
  • Strong understanding of managerial accounting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
