  • Oversee the marketing technology stack, reporting infrastructure, and workflow processes through the Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Ensure data integrity, accurate attribution, and reliable funnel reporting, utilizing Salesforce as the system of record.
  • Maintain intake, approval, and operational processes that support efficient execution across marketing functions.
  • Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across inbound marketing, events, and marketing operations aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product/IT, and Account Management teams to advance key business initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals and managers, establishing clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the marketing organization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business results.
  • Provide leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations, highlighting risks, opportunities, and trade-offs to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing and developing marketing professionals or managers.
  • Deep hands-on experience leading an inbound marketing or demand generation function, including MQLs, inbound channels, and pipeline contribution.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing disciplines, including inbound marketing, events or field marketing, and marketing operations.
  • Strong experience utilizing Salesforce and CRM data to measure marketing performance and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Proven experience building recommendations based on data analysis and resolving data gaps before making decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business impact and drive practical solutions.
  • Experience with Tableau or other marketing reporting and dashboarding tools preferred.
  • Experience in the home improvement, home services, marketplace, lead generation, or B2B SaaS industries preferred.
  • Experience working in a remote corporate environment and building marketing operations processes preferred.
