Business UnitWhat the Role EntailsIndustry Analyst Relations is a key strategic communication function within global ICT vendors and technology service providers. This role primarily focuses on engaging with analysts at global industry research firms, communicating and influencing them with the IT vendor's or technology service provider's product capabilities, technological advantages, market strategies, and industry expertise. Through efficient and high-quality communication and collaborative efforts, the goal is to establish mindshare and enhance the company's influence among industry potential clients, technology professionals, and within the professional community, ultimately contributing to the vendor's overall global business development.

1.Analyst Relationship Engagement: Responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with global analysts at IT industry research firms. This includes establishing effective communication channels centered on the company’s key products and overseas market strategies. By cultivating deep relationships with core analysts, you will ensure the analyst community gains a clear understanding and recognition of the company's products and market strategies, thereby supporting business development across global branding, marketing, and sales.

2.Industry Analyst Oriented Content: Extract, optimize, and combine content regarding the company’s competitive differentiators, product strategies, and technological propositions. Through effective communication, convert this content into value drivers that influence the analyst community, ultimately resulting in positive outcomes and reasonable positioning in industry evaluation research.

3.Overseas Marketing Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for the company overseas marketing. Assist in driving the company’s overseas marketing and branding initiatives, including brand promotion, marketing campaigns, and collaboration with overseas partners.

Who We Look For

1.7+ years of experience in sales account management, industry analyst relations, overseas marketing, or related roles in a multinational IT company.  

2.Excellent business development, cross-cultural communication, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to translate complex technical language into content understandable to industry analysts; excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required, and overseas work experience is favorable.  

3.Strong self-motivation and innovative thinking, constantly striving for new breakthroughs, and demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset to achieve consensus on internal and external business objectives.  

4.Strong execution ability, independent problem-solving skills, and clear logical thinking, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrates depth of thought and execution.

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $109,200.00 to $205,900.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
