Antenna is the leading provider of data and analytics for subscription media services in the U.S. Antenna's standardized metrics, competitive benchmarks, syndicated insights, and market intelligence are trusted by some of the most recognized and respected brands across media and entertainment sectors. Using a proprietary AI-powered approach, Antenna connects subscription activities with real consumer viewership to provide services, studios, and creators with an unmatched, market-wide view of subscriber behaviors to better understand acquisition, retention, and engagement.

We are looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to turn complex subscription data into clear, actionable insights for Antenna's clients. At Antenna, the Insight Analyst team uses strategic, data-driven insights to fuel high-stakes business decisions. As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will partner with Client Services, Sales, Marketing, and Product to answer client questions, identify important trends, and develop persuasive business recommendations.

You will own day-to-day analytical workstreams for assigned client accounts, lead recurring client presentations, and manage multiple fast-moving projects independently. You will partner with senior leaders on Antenna's largest or most complex client engagements. This is a client-facing business insights role - not a data science, engineering, or dashboard-development position. Success requires advanced Excel skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to communicate confidently with senior client stakeholders.

You will report to the Manager, Insights & Analytics. Antenna is a remote-first company, and we are looking for candidates who can work during US business hours. Preferably, you should be based in a US time zone: Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific.  In addition, candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Antenna is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position now or in the future.

What You’ll Do
  • Use Excel to organize, clean, analyze, validate, and visualize Antenna data, turning complex information into clear, client-ready insights
  • Lead presentations and discussions with external clients and internal stakeholders; explain findings, respond to questions, and translate data into clear, persuasive business recommendations
  • Own day-to-day analytical delivery for assigned client accounts, including recurring reports, custom analyses, project timelines, presentations, and client follow-up
  • Translate open-ended client questions into structured analytical approaches, determine what the available data can answer, and identify additional insights beyond the original request
  • Build clean, concise PowerPoint presentations that tell a compelling story and are tailored to the client's audience and business priorities
  • Support Sales and Marketing via key tentpole analyst reports, such as the quarterly State of Subscriptions, and support rapid-response requests
  • Partner with Data Services and Product to clarify data needs, access the appropriate information, and resolve questions requiring additional technical support
  • Orchestrate multiple project timelines and manage expectations across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Act as a thought leader by monitoring subscription trends, emerging platforms, and relevant market events
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of experience in insights, analytics, consulting, market research, media, advertising, or a related field, with a track record of using data to inform business decisions
  • Demonstrated experience serving as the lead presenter of data-driven insights to external clients, senior internal stakeholders, or executive leadership
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charting, data cleanup, and the ability to work through large or messy files. Strong PowerPoint skills are also required
  • Experience independently managing client workstreams, recurring deliverables, deadlines, and competing priorities
  • Strong storyteller who synthesizes complex data into intuitive narratives for diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
  • Confident and polished communicator who can answer questions, explain a recommendation, and respectfully defend a point of view in front of senior stakeholders
  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail and organizes complex information with precision
  • Self-starter who prioritizes time effectively, meets tight deadlines, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus: Experience in media, entertainment, advertising, audience measurement, market research, or the Subscription Economy
Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.
