  • Create detailed classroom guides and job aids, using AI tools to speed up drafting
  • Develop exercises, practice data and assessment questions
  • Work with global subject matter experts across India, Singapore, the UK and the US
  • Support the ramp-up of site functional leads and super users
  • Partner with production owners, technical consultants and fellow training developers
  • Keep content current as the solution changes

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Working knowledge of sales, service management, shipping, billing, warranty or contracts processes
  • Hands-on authoring in SAP Enable Now or Datango

  • Ability to design exercises, data sets and assessments
  • Comfort working with global SMEs, with availability for early Eastern time hours

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience on serialized or repair/MRO processes
  • Experience with in-app guidance tools
  • Super user or site functional lead enablement experience
  • Aerospace or manufacturing background

Technical Environment: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enable Now or Datango, in-app guidance tools, AI content tools, integrated manufacturing, pricing and document management systems

What Success Looks Like:

  • A complete OBC training set delivered on schedule
  • Super users and site leads able to deliver training with minimal rework
