About This Opportunity
CTI Staffing is partnering with a large industrial services organization to find a Senior SAP S/4HANA Training Developer focused on materials management and warehouse operations. The role is fully remote.
The team is replacing legacy processes with an integrated, serialized operating model. Your training will help purchasing, quality, receiving and inventory teams work confidently in the new system.
What You'll Do
- Build end-user training for purchasing, receiving, returns, consignment, cycle counts and scrap
- Cover inventory management and extended warehouse management processes
- Turn project documents, test scripts and specs into guides and job aids
- Use AI tools to speed up content drafting and refinement
- Create exercises, practice data and assessment questions
- Work with global subject matter experts across India, Singapore, the UK and the US
- Support super users and site functional leads as they ramp up
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience building end-user training for SAP S/4HANA materials management, inventory or warehouse processes
- Working knowledge of purchasing, receiving, returns, consignment or cycle count processes
- Hands-on authoring in SAP Enable Now or Datango
- Experience using AI tools to produce training guides and job aids
- Ability to design exercises, data and assessments
- Availability for early Eastern time hours with global teams
Nice-to-Have:
- SAP EWM experience
- Quality or lab inspection process exposure
- Refurbishment, repair or MRO background
- Super user enablement experience
Technical Environment: SAP S/4HANA (MM, IM, EWM, QM), SAP Enable Now or Datango, AI content tools, integrated manufacturing and document systems
