The Opportunity:
We are building and scaling the Learning Solutions division to drive enterprise capability and skills enablement to power CACI's talent growth strategy.
This is a senior, hands-on designer role focused on building enterprise-level learning experiences that scale across CACI. You will lead design for high-impact programs aligned to enterprise priorities and partner closely with Capability Enablement Leads, Governance, SMEs, and Talent Development. This role primarily supports enterprise-wide initiatives, with occasional targeted support for business-specific needs when aligned to enterprise capability priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Design innovative and high-impact learning experiences for enterprise initiatives that drive skill development, enable behavior change and deliver business impact.
- Design/develop learning experiences using enterprise templates and standards; ensure accessibility and quality.
- Create facilitator guides, playbooks, reusable assets, and prototypes; drive content reuse.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Capability Enablement Leads, SMEs and Talent Development as applicable to ensure content accuracy and learning experience impact.
- Support LMS migration and tagging standards with HRIS; maintain content lifecycle hygiene.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years related experience; recognized subject matter expertise in instructional design.
- Experience developing enterprise-level learning solution
- Proven ability to manage large projects/processes with limited oversight; coach junior designers.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, experiential learning and experience design
- Proficiency with eLearning tools; strong understanding of governance standards and QA.
Desired:
- Experience with adaptive learning technologies and content reuse strategies; familiarity with enterprise LMS.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Background in behavioral science or performance consulting
- Facilitation experience

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
