We are looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for the development and execution of marketing programs that drive growth of Mozilla products across France. As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for France, you will be a valuable member of a driven team that emphasizes teamwork and pursues excellence in all our endeavors.The ideal candidate has proven experience in developing successful awareness, growth, and engagement strategies that target consumers. They are passionate about building data-driven marketing plans and succeed in highly collaborative environments. They are entrepreneurial, proactive, problem solvers.The candidate will own the regional market insights/research requirements and build coordinated marketing plans grounded in data-driven hypotheses. They will partner closely with Product Marketing, Activations, Creative, Comms, and Brand to deliver breakthrough campaigns and programs via owned and paid channels. They will analyze program results and develop actionable recommendations post-launch, in partnership with Marketing Analytics and channel leaders.

What you’ll do:

Partner with the Director Global Integrated Marketing to develop campaigns, programs, and experiments that drive growth - awareness, consideration, and usage of Mozilla consumer product offerings in France
  • Develop strong thought leadership and understanding of the Regional landscape, including consumer needs, competitive specs, and emerging macro + cultural trends
  • Collaborate with Activations, Brand and Comms teams to develop impactful coordinated channel mix strategies for campaigns and programs
  • Possess deep customer and product knowledge; inform decisions by conducting market research in collaboration with the Marketing Insights team
  • Collaborate with Global Product Marketing to ensure product market fit and clear product positioning; leverage to develop nuanced regional marketing growth strategies
  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Integrated Marketing to set program goals and measure success
  • Track campaign performance, document regional insights and takeaways, and make recommendations for ongoing improvement and optimization
  • Strong program manager; accountable for the end-to-end execution of all assigned projects

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong preference for native or near-native proficiency in French, with the ability to create and adapt marketing content for French-speaking audiences
  • 8+ years of deep consumer marketing, brand marketing, and/or strategy experience
  • Possess a strong product growth and/or launch portfolio; proven track record developing and implementing successful integrated marketing or go-to-market strategies
  • Solid understanding of coordinated (owned + paid) channel mix approaches that drive user acquisition, consideration, product usage, and advocacy
  • Strong grasp of quantitative test designs
  • Strives to balance both creative excellence with high quantitative performance
  • Understands user journey mapping
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills; proven track record leading through influence
  • A self-starter with a bias for action
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment across different time zones and cultures
  • Tech industry experience preferred
