With just one connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record systems (EHRs). Redox processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across our health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.

Your impact goes beyond technical execution. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both application teams and healthcare organizations, providing strategic guidance on implementation, project progress, and go-live support.

From day one, you’ll collaborate with a committed team, making a meaningful impact while growing in the areas that interest you most.

  • Provide active input on team direction and goals, collaborating to improve internal processes and efficiency.

  • Willing to travel nationwide (5–10%).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, interface analysis, or data analysis (e.g., Project Coordinator, Interface Analyst, HL7 Engineer).

  • Strong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7v2, FHIR, X12) and API-based data exchange.

  • Ability to independently troubleshoot connectivity and data mapping issues.

  • Proven ability to handle non-routine situations and multi-week projects with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Healthcare, APIs, Interface Engines

This approach eradicates the need for point-to-point integrations and accelerates the discovery, adoption, and distribution of patient and provider-facing technology solutions.
