SEI is seeking a Senior Investment Product Specialist to join its Asset Management team. This role is focused on driving product adoption through differentiated positioning, high-impact content, and direct partnership with sales teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep investment expertise with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy—turning limited direction into actionable insights, compelling materials, and meaningful business outcomes.

What you will do:

  • Product Positioning & Strategy
Develop clear, differentiated messaging across SEI’s investment solutions (ETFs, SMAs/direct indexing, model portfolios, and alternatives), articulating value relative to competitors and portfolio use cases.
  • Content Creation & Thought Leadership
Independently create advisor-facing materials including presentations, product briefs, sales tools, and thought leadership to support commercialization efforts.
  • Sales Enablement
Equip sales teams with practical, actionable messaging through training, materials, and ongoing support to improve client engagement and conversion.
  • Field Engagement & Client Support
Partner directly with sales teams in the field; participate in client meetings, platform discussions, and due diligence presentations to help advance and close opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Execution
Support product launches and ongoing campaigns by delivering clear messaging, use cases, and client-ready content.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
Maintain a strong understanding of advisor channels, platforms, and competitor offerings to inform positioning and strategy.

What we need from you:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in asset management, product strategy, product specialist, or sales-oriented roles
  • Proven ability to operate independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal direction
  • Strong commercial orientation with experience supporting or participating in sales outcomes
  • Deep understanding of investment vehicles, including ETFs, SMAs/direct indexing, model portfolios, and alternative structures
  • Demonstrated experience creating client-facing materials (e.g., presentations, briefs, commentary)
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and Investment teams
  • BA/BS required; CFA or similar designation preferred

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
