Who We're Looking For (Position Overview)
Spry Methods is seeking a SharePoint Specialist to support our Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) contract. In this role, the SharePoint Specialist will administer FRTIB's Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) / program offices SharePoint environment and sites environment and sites by focusing on, but not limiting, activities to the SharePoint Application Model, workflows, document libraries, and collaboration sites. This position is 100% remote.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities)
- Maintain and update MS SharePoint tools and applications to include all administrative responsibilities.
- Experience with SharePoint SME with knowledge and skills to support SharePoint Online.
- Use Power Apps and Power Automate to develop complex workflows.
- Collaborate with FRTIB staff in the design and evolution of the SharePoint environment and documenting areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with FRTIB staff in the implementation of contracting tools, workflows, etc. within the SharePoint environment.
- Document processes required for management and reporting of activities with SharePoint.
- Provide recommendations and support the implementation of improvements/efficiencies within the SharePoint Online environment.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of MS SharePoint Development / Administration Experience.
- Expert MS Office, SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate experience
- Must have a Public Trust clearance.
