About the Role:

Tubi is seeking a Manager, Ad Product Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and implement verticalized go-to-market efforts for Tubi’s Advertising and Partnerships portfolio. You’ll combine market insights, strategic thinking, and creative positioning to grow our ad ecosystem and empower both internal teams and external partners. This role is critical to ensuring that Tubi remains competitive and continues to deliver impactful advertising solutions that meet the needs of our clients and viewers alike. 

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago office, reporting to the Director, Ad Product Marketing. You must be willing to travel to our office 2 days/week. 

What You'll Do:

  • Marketplace insights & competitive analysis: Conduct ongoing research into the ad tech landscape, market trends, and competitive offerings across Tubi’s key verticals. Identify opportunities and threats, delivering actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Vertical strategy development: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to create comprehensive strategies—including roadmaps, positioning, packaging, and playbooks— that enhance Tubi’s value proposition and bolster our ad solutions for key verticals. 
  • Roadmap planning: Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize features, capabilities, and partnerships based on market needs and business impact. Ensure alignment between product development timelines and marketing objectives.
  • Positioning & messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging for Tubi’s ad products and services. Highlight the unique value propositions of Tubi’s solutions to differentiate in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
  • Product launches: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new ad-related features, tools, and partnerships. Manage end-to-end launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment. Partner with Sales and Marketing to create impactful campaigns and announcements.
  • Internal enablement: Develop training materials, playbooks, and resources to empower Sales, Account Management, and Partner teams.
  • External education: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create case studies, thought leadership content, and webinars for advertisers. Represent Tubi at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to evangelize our advertising solutions.

Your Background:

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, vertical marketing, solutions marketing, or a related role within the ad tech or digital advertising industry.
  • Understanding of the streaming and digital advertising ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, CTV, and programmatic ad buying.
  • Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials. 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Passionate about film, TV, and advertising

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
