Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement licensing strategies aligned with Arm's objectives.
- Build positive relationships with customers and negotiate agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially sales and legal, to ensure effective execution of licensing strategies.
- Stay informed of market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Support all aspects of the entire licensing contract lifecycle from quote to contract signature.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or engineering.
- Pricing expertise with a focus on analytics and financial analysis.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor, technology, or IP licensing.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and licensing models.
- Experience of negotiating sophisticated agreements and driving revenue growth.
