About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Finance Associate Director / Senior Manager to join product finance and based in Singapore. The role will partner with product, strategy, and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency, deliver data-driven financial insights and support our growth ambitions. The ideal candidate is expected to excel in fast-paced and high pressure environments, possess a solid accounting background, and be passionate about utilizing systematic solutions and AI to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system solutions to support product and commercial margin analysis, delivering actionable insights and issues investigation.

  • Support new product launches by defining data and accounting requirements for both financial and management reporting, and monitoring ongoing data quality and issues resolution.

  • Collaborate with finance platforms and product teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives.

  • Ambitious in systematic and AI-driven solutions to enhance operational excellence, meticulously in project planning and track till finish.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, building a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Address complex product and finance issues with attention to detail, providing well-informed and professional solutions.

  • Uphold the accuracy and integrity of financial data and documentation.

  • Work efficiently under pressure and manage competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Robust accounting knowledge; familiar with IFRS and US GAAP standards.

  • Proven experience driving the adoption of systematic or AI-driven solutions in a finance context.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Chinese.

  • Strong data analysis and programming skills are preferred.
