We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The FOX direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform is a new, forward-looking initiative within Tubi Media Group that brings FOX’s unparalleled content portfolio—news, sports, and entertainment—directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.

Driven by a highly experienced leadership team with extensive backgrounds at the intersections of media, technology, streaming, and content—and built with the full support of Fox Corporation—this venture combines entrepreneurial energy with deep media expertise.

Our vision is to create a unified, modern viewing experience that puts the consumer first—seamlessly integrating live and on-demand content across platforms.

At the intersection of cutting-edge technology and trusted storytelling, this is an opportunity to shape the future of streaming at one of the most pivotal moments in media. We’re assembling a world-class team to deliver on that vision—and we’re just getting started.

ABOUT THE ROLE

FOX One is redefining how audiences experience sports, news, and entertainment in one premium streaming destination. As the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of the FOX One brand strategy, helping shape how millions of consumers experience our brand across every touchpoint.

Reporting to the Brand & Creative team, you'll serve as a strategic marketing leader, partnering across Product Marketing, Creative, Media, CRM, Social, Editorial, Communications, Product, Analytics, and executive leadership to bring the FOX One brand to life. You'll own the strategy behind our largest integrated marketing campaigns, guide creative development, lead agency relationships, and influence initiatives that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, creative excellence, and business growth while helping build one of the most exciting streaming brands in media.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the continued evolution of the FOX One brand strategy, positioning, messaging architecture, and long-term brand vision.
  • Champion a cohesive, premium brand experience across every consumer touchpoint, including marketing, product, CRM, social, partnerships, paid media, and owned channels.
  • Develop strategic frameworks, messaging, brand guidelines, and governance that strengthen brand consistency and differentiation.
  • Lead annual brand planning, integrated marketing roadmaps, and campaign calendars aligned to business priorities, product launches, tentpole events, and subscriber growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business priorities into long-term brand and campaign strategies.
  • Identify consumer insights, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities that inform brand strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop marketing strategies around major sports, news, entertainment launches, seasonal initiatives, and other key business moments.
  • Write strategic creative briefs and partner closely with Creative, Media, Product Marketing, CRM, Social, Editorial, Communications, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, approvals, and cross-functional workflows to ensure successful execution.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations that improve creative effectiveness and marketing performance.
  • Partner with Creative leadership to develop breakthrough creative platforms and integrated marketing experiences that reinforce FOX One's premium positioning.
  • Provide strategic direction throughout the creative development process while maintaining a cohesive visual and verbal brand identity.
  • Lead strategic relationships with creative, media, production, research, and influencer agency partners.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives with platform, distribution, and third-party partners that expand the FOX One brand while delivering mutual business value.
  • Define brand KPIs and campaign success metrics in partnership with Analytics and Performance Marketing teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, competitive activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead executive campaign recaps, quarterly business reviews, and annual brand performance presentations.
  • Mentor and develop Brand Marketing team members while fostering collaboration, creativity, and operational excellence.
  • Build scalable marketing processes that improve cross-functional alignment and campaign execution.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner across Product Marketing, Creative, Media, CRM, Social, Editorial, Communications, Product, Analytics, and executive leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Typically, 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field, preferably within streaming, media, entertainment, technology, or consumer brands.
  • Proven success developing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer positioning, creative development, messaging architecture, and go-to-market planning.
  • Experience leading highly cross-functional initiatives involving creative, media, product, analytics, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing agency relationships and delivering high-impact integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Passion for sports, news, entertainment, streaming, and building world-class consumer brands.
  • Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of three days per week is an essential function of this position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience building or scaling a direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription or streaming brand.
  • Experience leading brand strategy for major product launches, tentpole events, or large-scale integrated marketing campaigns.
