  • Define and deliver required capacity inputs, including loading strategy, to the Capacity team.

Supply Constraint Management

  • Act as the primary escalation point for supply shortages, wafer allocation challenges, and unexpected disruptions across the semiconductor supply chain.
  • Lead cross‑functional task forces to mitigate risks, secure alternative supply paths, and maintain business continuity.
  • Develop proactive contingency plans and scenario models to reduce exposure to volatility.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment and operational readiness.
  • Communicate performance updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing operations team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Must have semiconductor industry experience (minimum 5 years).
  • 8–12+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong background in inventory planning, cost optimization, and long‑range capacity modeling.
  • Experience working with semiconductor supply ecosystems (fabs, OSATs, materials suppliers, external manufacturing partners).
  • Proven ability to manage supply constraints and drive cross‑functional alignment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, and highly technical environment.
