Join the Business and R&D Operations team — the connective hub driving organizational efficiency and capacity at Revolution Medicines. As a key member of our dynamic Business and R&D Operations team, you will: 

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects that shape operational excellence and long-term organizational impact.

  • Facilitate inclusive workshops that align diverse perspectives around shared goals, fostering openness and strategic engagement.

  • Streamline and optimize workflows leveraging an understanding of how teams actually work, balancing efficiency with sustainability.

  • Define and implement operational objectives, policies, and change-management plans that drive adoption and enthusiasm.

  • Build strong partnerships across scientific and business functions to enable innovative problem-solving and collaboration.

  • Anticipate risks, communicate transparently, and guide teams through change.

  • Develop clear, engaging communications and templates to promote shared understanding.

  • Thrive in ambiguity by generating structure, focus and alignment on actionable plans.

  • Champion best practices and mentor teammates, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • BS/BA in a relevant scientific field with 5+ years of experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical organization.

  • Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work on time.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Energetic, adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in project management or operations.

  • Proven ability to perform under tight timelines in a fast-paced setting.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Familiarity with Visio, Lucidchart, or Office Timeline Pro.

  • Experience with project/resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Coda) and/or data visualization platforms (e.g., QlikView, Spotfire, Tableau). #LI-Hybrid  #LI-YG1

The base pay salary range for this full-time position for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA is listed below. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the base pay salary range for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our base pay salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual base pay salary is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.

Please note that base pay salary range is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
