About the Role:

Hello Heart is seeking top talent for a Senior Manager, Channel Sales Operations.  As a member of the Partnerships (US) team, you will be in a position to contribute to the impact of helping shape Hello Heart’s growth initiatives. You will be collaborating with the VP of Channel Partnerships, cultivating relationships across the organization, assisting the Partnerships team, and promoting Hello Heart externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand Hello Heart’s value and product to drive meaningful conversations and expand partnership opportunities
  • Develop and maintain materials (e.g., reports, decks, etc.) that will support the Channel sales team to build better external relationships and drive more client wins through our partnerships
  • Manage key projects across all of Hello Heart’s reseller partnerships (e.g., updating contracts with new commercial terms, new product roll-outs, etc.)
  • Liaise between our partner contacts and our Client Success team to help drive issue resolution for our mutual clients 
  • Effectively collaborate with members of cross-functional teams, Sales, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Corporate Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of management consulting and project management experience
  • Experience and success in developing sales materials that build/maintain partner interest and support relationships 
  • Experience with the following applications: Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana,  and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Must have flexibility to support Pacific, Central, and East Coast hours as needed
  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time to meet key partner contacts
  • Independent thinker with a demonstrated strong problem-solving skill set
  • Ability to effectively escalate to leadership matters that have a strategic impact
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adapt to change
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a detail-oriented problem-solving approach

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000.00 to $175,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
