About the Role

    We’re looking for a relationship-driven Client Engagement Senior Manager to support a portfolio of Enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving value, client satisfaction and retention. You’ll be responsible for ongoing delivery and operational excellence of our client accounts. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, our consultants and internal teams to ensure engagements run smoothly and meet and exceed client expectations. You’ll collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategy team to identify expansion opportunities and deepen partnerships.  


    This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, navigating complex client dynamics, is a self-starter, and takes pride in delivering the highest level of service to clients.

What You'll Do

    • Build strong relationships with your client stakeholders across a portfolio of Enterprise clients

    • Develop a deep understanding of the client business, marketing strategy, and growth goals

    • Own the health and success of your client portfolio by developing and deploying strategies that drives high engagement, satisfaction and retention

    • Lead client and consultant communications through structured outreach and engagement check-ins

    • Monitor consultant utilization and engagement effectiveness, identify risks and execute mitigation strategies

    • Advocate for clients internally, surfacing client feedback and influencing product and process improvements

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy team to identify and drive expansion opportunities

    • Navigate and resolve difficult client situations quickly and constructively with a solutions-oriented mindset while preserving client relationships

What We're Looking For

    • 6-10 years of experience in marketing, consulting, client services, or account management

    • Experience in fast-moving services environments (agency, consulting, tech, etc.)

    • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders

    • Demonstrated leadership in driving client success among a range of clients

    • Growth marketing experience in channels such in performance marketing or CRM/lifecycle

    • A highly organized operator who can manage multiple engagements with a high attention to detail

    • Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to navigate challenging situations thoughtfully and proactively

    • Fluency with AI and ability to identify and implement points of leverage.

    • Comfortable working independently in an environment that is fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative

    • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
