What will you be doing?
Circana is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer Insights to act as a strategic consultant to one of our long‑standing clients in the Confections space. This role combines analytical strength with practical client partnership, helping the client maximize Circana data and advance their consumer insights capabilities. You’ll work closely with both the client and internal teams to apply insights from store data, household purchase behavior, surveys, audits, data modeling, in‑market testing, and custom analyses.
As a day‑to‑day client advisor within the Center of Store Food and Beverage practice, you’ll help guide the client’s insights agenda, ensure strong use of subscribed services, and deliver clear, actionable insights that influence decision‑making.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver insight‑led solutions by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support client decisions and business outcomes.
- Partner with internal teams (Client Insights, Product, Analytics) to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Maintain awareness of CPG and category trends to position Circana as a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities to grow the client relationship by aligning Circana’s solutions with client priorities.
- Build strong, productive relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Use Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Liquid AI) to support client engagement and insights delivery.
- Champion client success by anticipating needs, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities for added value.
- Apply advanced analytics and insights storytelling to deliver fact‑based, consumer‑focused narratives that inform strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CPG syndicated market research
- Strong expertise in point-of-sale (POS), consumer panel, and syndicated data (Circana, NIQ, Numerator, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with consumer panel data and comfort owning panel‑based analyses
- Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights for brand and marketing teams
- Strong communication and insights‑storytelling skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, self‑directed approach to identifying opportunities and moving work forward
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau or Power BI familiarity is a plus
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority
- Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping recommendations from limited information
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field

Location
This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote, must be willing to work business hours aligned to Eastern Time Zone, with occasional travel to client headquarters in Hershey, PA, scheduled based on business needs.
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
