YOUR ROLE
Are you a strategic storyteller who views content as a connected, high-performing ecosystem? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Content Strategy to become the master blueprint designer of our multi-channel consumer journey.
In this role, you will hold the keys to our consumer content engine, architecting how written, video, and audio stories connect to drive brand trust and business growth. If you are a visionary planner who loves building content frameworks, exploring innovative AI-driven workflow efficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to shape a world-class consumer experience, we want you to lead the way.
What you will be doing
Content Architecture & Calendar Governance
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel consumer content strategy aligned with overarching brand and business goals, serving as the executive stakeholder and strategic owner of our brand podcast.
- Establish, maintain, and socialize a centralized master content calendar to ensure cross-functional visibility, eliminate silos, and align content rollouts with major product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Drive multi-format content production across written, video, and audio channels, with a strategic focus on expanding the video content library while occasionally pitching and producing original pieces.
- Design frameworks that outline how a single core content asset (e.g., a major video or guide) should be broken down into modular pieces for various marketing channels.
Content Creation
- Actively write and produce high-quality content firsthand, balancing strategic leadership with direct execution.
- Mentor and lead a small, agile team of internal content writers and occasional
external contractors. - Partner with the AI engineering experts to architect and implement efficiency
frameworks (e.g., prompt templates, co-pilots, automated workflows) that empower content creators to efficiently scale localization, formatting variations, and distribution copies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to support integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.
- Partner with the SEO/AEO team to implement best practices that maximize organic visibility, search rankings, and long-tail traffic.
- Define, maintain, and evolve our consumer-facing brand voice and style guide, ensuring consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
Analytics & Scale
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance KPIs (e.g., traffic, engagement, retention, and conversion rates)
