THE ROLE: SENIOR MANAGER, Digital Supply Chain

The Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain leads the Digital Supply Chain Center of Excellence, overseeing strategic systems ownership, cross‑functional process integration, and the development of scalable planning, data, and analytics capabilities across VMS, OLLY, and SPV.  The role serves as the internal technical specialist for D365, Kinaxis, Power BI reporting, and future control‑tower/AI visibility initiatives, while driving enterprise‑wide adoption of best‑practice supply chain systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the strategic direction of core supply chain systems and digital capabilities, ensuring tools, data, and processes effectively support business objectives.
  • Oversee system governance and standards, driving consistency in planning master data, documentation, and ways of working across teams.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment, partnering with planning, logistics, customer service, inventory, and other stakeholders to build integrated, end‑to‑end processes.
  • Manage system enhancements and integrations, including design reviews, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure strong data quality and reporting, enabling accurate analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and decision‑support tools that strengthen operational performance.
  • Champion user adoption and change management, ensuring employees understand, embrace, and effectively leverage new systems and processes.
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to optimize network performance, improve collaboration, and support operational transitions or new initiatives.
  • Monitor performance and deliver results, aligning systems and processes to key organizational metrics such as service levels, inventory health, and operational efficiency.

THE CANDIDATE

You’re someone who loves bringing clarity and momentum to complex supply‑chain environments. You enjoy making systems, data, and processes work better for the people who use them—and you’re energized by guiding teams through change. You can dive into technical details when needed, but you also know how to step back, coach your managers, and help cross‑functional partners stay aligned. You communicate openly, stay steady when priorities shift, and naturally influence others by building trust rather than relying on authority. Most importantly, you’re excited about shaping the future of our digital supply chain—developing talent, improving tools and data foundations, and driving real business results through smarter, more connected ways of working.

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED

  • 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, planning systems, or digital supply chain transformation, including hands‑on leadership of major technology implementations (e.g., D365, Kinaxis).
  • Proven leadership of end‑to‑end planning‑system programs with measurable business impact (fill rate, OTIF, E&O, DOH).
  • Deep expertise in planning master‑data governance, inventory/MEIO processes, expiry and E&O analytics, and cross‑functional process optimization.
  • Demonstrated success leading UAT, functional design reviews, integration phases, and change‑management initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Strong analytical fluency with S&OP, Power BI, KPI design, and reporting automation.
  • Experience coaching and developing managers and technical SMEs within a Center of Excellence model.
