As the Senior Manager/Director of Sales Recruiting, you will be the primary architect of our revenue-generating engine in Enterprise, Strategic, and beyond. This is a high-visibility leadership position designed for a practitioner who thrives at the intersection of strategic talent planning and hands-on execution. You will lead our Enterprise and Strategic recruiting team, ensuring we hire the elite talent necessary to hit our aggressive growth targets while building the foundational processes required for international expansion. We are looking for a leader who stays "in the weeds" with their recruiters, utilizing a deep understanding of competency-based hiring and data storytelling to drive predictable, scalable results. This role offers a direct path to expanded organizational responsibility as our global footprint grows.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters focused on Enterprise and Strategic AE hiring, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Architect a data-driven recruitment engine that predicts sales ramp success and attrition, moving beyond basic reporting to provide actionable insights for the C-suite.
  • Redefine the enterprise/strategic revenue-producing profile through rigorous competency mapping and frequent stakeholder calibration to ensure we are hiring for long-term impact.
  • Conduct tactical calibration via weekly 1:1s that go beyond the "status update"—focusing deeply on pipeline health, sourcing blockers, and individual recruiter professional development.
  • Provide "in-the-moment" coaching on candidate qualification, closing techniques, and complex stakeholder management to elevate the team's craft.
  • Drive process scalability by partnering with sales leadership to build a replicable hiring playbook that can be seamlessly deployed as we expand into international markets.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to align hiring velocity with revenue goals, ensuring the recruiting team is always ahead of the "seats-to-fill" curve.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing recruiting teams within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment, specifically focusing on Enterprise and Strategic Sales. 8+ years of closely related recruiting experience required.
  • Data Storytelling: An expert ability to translate complex talent metrics into a compelling narrative that influences executive decision-making.
  • Competency-Based Practitioner: Deep familiarity with structured interviewing frameworks (e.g., Topgrading, behavioral-based interviewing) and a track record of implementing them.
  • Strategic & Tactical Balance: You are comfortable presenting a headcount plan in the morning and jumping into a debrief to help a recruiter save a strategic candidate in the afternoon.
  • Operational Excellence: A "builder" mentality with the ability to diagnose friction in the recruiting funnel and implement permanent, scalable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Influence: The confidence and EQ to challenge sales leaders when necessary, ensuring the bar for talent remains uncompromised.
