The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of Kinaxis planning solutions, ensuring efficient supply chain management. They will collaborate with various functional teams, present to executives, and maintain project timelines. This role is integral to our company's supply chain optimization efforts, requiring a deep understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response and supply chain planning concepts.
The role is remote with travel as needed.
- Support the implementation of Kinaxis planning systems across manufacturing and distribution sites.
- Lead and manage all aspects of project scope, functional requirements, schedules, risks, quality, and resources.
Collaborate with leaders from multiple functional teams to set deliverables and ensure project alignment.
- Ensure projects stay on track and meet defined milestones and objectives.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring a successful implementation.
- Work closely with external partners and consultants to integrate their expertise into the project.
- Maintain a deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, especially demand planning, supply planning, and SOP.
- Address and resolve any supply chain management issues that arise during the implementation process.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning consulting, with a focus on Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Certified in Kinaxis or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the platform.
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, including implementation and customization.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning concepts, with a focus on demand and supply planning.
- Experience in designing and implementing supply chain planning solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Deep understanding of Kinaxis workbooks and data needs for effective planning and optimization.
- Ability to interpret client requirements and develop customized Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A proven track record of successful Kinaxis implementation projects is highly preferred.
