This role is for a communications leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution and who is comfortable influencing at the highest levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Communications Leadership

  • Shape executive messaging and positioning, and tone to ensure clarity, credibility, and alignment with company strategy

Executive Messaging & Thought Leadership

  • Lead development of executive messaging, talking points, and written communications across key moments including company milestones, financial announcements, cultural initiatives, and strategic priorities

  • Shape and produce executive thought leadership content, including social media posts, op-eds, and long-form narratives, in close partnership with PR, social, and marketing teams

Briefings & Strategic Materials

  • Own creation of executive briefing materials for speaking engagements, employee forums, and key communications engagements

  • Synthesize complex business and technology topics into concise, executive-ready messaging

Communications Planning & Governance

  • Build and manage a centralized view of executive communications activity, including speaking engagements, announcements, and leadership moments

  • Maintain and evolve a centralized executive messaging library to ensure consistency and reuse across teams

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner closely with Marketing, PR, Investor Relations, People, and Product Communications to align executive messaging across audiences and channels

  • Ensure executive communications reinforce Snowflake’s broader narrative, values, and strategic priorities

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

  • Support leadership communications for company-wide moments such as All Hands and employee announcements

  • Partner with People Communications to support leadership messaging related to culture, talent, and organizational change

Research & Strategic Opportunity Identification

  • Evaluate and prioritize external forums, events, and awards that advance Snowflake’s executive visibility and thought leadership goals

  • Provide strategic recommendations on where and how senior leaders should engage

About You
  • 8–12+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth or enterprise technology environment

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite and senior executives with high-stakes communications

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong executive judgment

  • Strategic thinker who can zoom out to shape narrative and zoom in to execute flawlessly

  • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing competing priorities with senior stakeholders

  • Strong collaborator who can influence without authority and navigate complex organizations

  • Familiarity with enterprise technology, data, AI, financial communications, or people-related communications strongly preferred
