Who You Are

You’re a strategic, entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in Google Cloud and a passion for building something exceptional. You combine technical fluency with business acumen, understanding how to turn cloud capabilities into client impact and revenue growth. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can create, scale, and influence—whether it’s shaping go-to-market strategies, deepening partnerships, or leading high-performing teams to success.

You are equally comfortable in a boardroom discussing multi-year transformation strategies as you are in the weeds solving operational challenges. You take pride in being both visionary and hands-on, balancing innovation with execution. Collaboration and communication are your superpowers—you know how to rally cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and inspire confidence with clients and partners alike.

About The Role

As the Google Practice Leader at Myriad360, you’ll spearhead the growth, innovation, and operational success of our Google Cloud business. This is a pivotal, high-impact role where you’ll define and execute the strategy to position Myriad360 as a premier Google Cloud partner—driving measurable growth, client success, and partner alignment.

You’ll be responsible for the financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic direction of the Google practice, ensuring that growth objectives and client outcomes are consistently met. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Delivery, and Cloud Care teams to craft differentiated Google-based solutions and bring them to market effectively. You’ll also build and nurture key relationships within the Google ecosystem, ensuring Myriad360 remains at the forefront of emerging technologies, partner opportunities, and customer innovation.

If you’re energized by the idea of leading a practice at the intersection of cloud transformation, business strategy, and partnership development, this is your opportunity to make a significant mark.

Other responsibilities include:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Google practice that drives growth, differentiation, and profitability
  • Establish the practice as a recognized industry leader and trusted partner within the Google ecosystem
  • Define measurable goals and KPIs for market expansion, partner alignment, and client success

Sales Enablement & Business Growth

  • Partner with the sales organization to develop sales motions, playbooks, and enablement programs that accelerate pipeline growth and improve win rates
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, articulating the business value of Google solutions
  • Lead and support complex contract negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for both clients and Myriad360
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with Google and other ecosystem partners

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the financial performance of the Google practice, including revenue forecasting, margin optimization, and P&L management
  • Collaborate with Delivery Management to ensure effective staffing, project delivery, and technical excellence
  • Partner with the Cloud Care team to enhance pre-sales, license management, and support operations
  • Ensure operational consistency, scalability, and a superior client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle

Marketing & Partnership Development

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and launch targeted campaigns, communication assets, and lead-generation initiatives
  • Develop and execute a Google Partner Business Plan to strengthen alliance relationships, achieve program compliance, and maximize partner incentives
  • Represent Myriad360 at Google and industry events, evangelizing our capabilities and success stories
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales, business leadership, or practice management, preferably within a Google or cloud ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of Google Cloud products, licensing models, solutions architecture, and partner programs
  • Proven success in building and scaling a technology practice
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage change, and drive results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset

Must be based in the United States.
