About the role

As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing you will be the primary engine behind scaling Equip’s direct-to-consumer patient growth. This role will own the strategy and execution of our performance marketing funnel, with a strong emphasis on Paid Media as the primary growth lever, while also overseeing our organic growth channels—including Organic Search (SEO) and the website experience. We are looking for a “full-stack” growth leader—someone who can dive deep into Google Ads scripts and keyword clusters one hour, and present a high-level CAC/LTV analysis to leadership the next. Your goal is to scale our reach while maintaining the high ethical standards required in healthcare marketing.

Responsibilities

Paid Media & Performance

  • Omni-channel Strategy: Direct-buy, manage, and optimize multi-million dollar budgets across Google Search, Meta, and emerging healthcare-specific platforms.

  • Experimentation: Build a rigorous A/B testing framework for ad copy, creative assets, and landing page optimization to drive lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).

  • Attribution: Own the measurement of the paid funnel, ensuring we understand the path from "First Click" to "First Appointment."

Organic Growth & SEO

  • Content Strategy: Partner with our Clinical and Content teams to identify high-intent keywords and "SEO-winning" content clusters that establish Equip as the #1 authority in eating disorder recovery.

  • Technical SEO: Collaborate with Product/Engineering to ensure site health, core web vitals, and schema markup are optimized for search visibility.

  • Brand Awareness: Grow top-of-funnel reach by developing awareness initiatives beyond core prospecting channels, including podcasts, partnerships, and influencer programs.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Growth Ops: Maintain real-time dashboards to report on channel performance, CAC, and ROI.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and payor shifts to identify new growth opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Creative: Brief the design team on high-performing creative concepts based on data-driven insights.

  • Admissions & Ops: Ensure lead flow is balanced with Admissions capacity to optimize the Lead-to-Patient conversion rate.

  • Product: Partner with Product and Engineering to improve website and product conversion through experimentation, user insights, and growth-driven prioritization.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field.

  • 7+ years in performance/growth marketing, ideally within a B2C healthcare or high-growth subscription environment.

  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record of managing multi million dollar annual budgets on Google/Meta and significantly growing organic traffic via SEO.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and SEO tools.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to manipulate data to find insights; you are comfortable with pivot tables and basic statistical significance. Preferred experience with SQL or Mode.

  • Mission Alignment: A deep empathy for patients and families navigating eating disorder recovery; you understand the importance of HIPAA-compliant and ethical marketing.

Time Off:

  • Flex PTO policy (3-5 wks/year recommended) + 11 paid company holidays.

  • Generous parental leave.

Core Benefits:

  • Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance.

    • Equip pays for a significant percentage of benefits premiums for individuals and families.

  • Spring Health, a 100% employer-paid mental health benefit through Guardian.

    • You can receive 5 free therapy sessions and 5 free coaching sessions per year for you and each of your dependents.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a company paid resource for mental health, legal services, financial support, and more!

  • HealthJoy, a 100% employer-paid platform connecting you to a healthcare concierge who can help you navigate your benefits.

  • 401K Option!

Work From Home Additional Perks:

  • $50/month stipend added directly to an employee’s paycheck to cover home internet expenses.

  • $250/month stipend to use a co-working space.

  • Initial work-from-home stipend of up to $500.

    • Reload of $200 on the home office stipend at the 3-year mark and then every other year after that (year 5, year 7, etc.).

  • Company Laptop.

Physical Demands

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.

At Equip, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) are woven into everything we do. At the heart of Equip’s mission is a relentless dedication to making sure that everyone with an eating disorder has access to care that works regardless of race, gender, sexuality, ability, weight, socio-economic status, and any marginalized identity.
