As Senior Manager, Growth Solutions you will sit at the center of Pearl Health’s commercial engine, helping translate strategy into execution for our most complex and impactful provider partnerships. You’ll lead critical deal work from mid-funnel through close while strengthening the systems, tools, and processes that power our go-to-market motion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys cross-functional leadership, and wants to shape how a high-growth health tech company scales responsibly.

Who We Are

Pearl Health is dedicated to empowering primary care providers, health systems, and physician-led networks to succeed in the shift to value-based care. Our platform delivers the technology, financial tools, and expert services that enable practices to provide more proactive, effective care to their Medicare patients, ultimately lowering costs and improving health outcomes.

Founded in 2020, we are a team of healthcare and technology innovators backed by premier investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Viking Global Investors, and AlleyCorp. We partner with thousands of providers across 44 states to build a more sustainable future for American healthcare.

  • Lead execution of complex provider deals from mid-funnel through close, including proposal development, pricing strategy, term negotiation, and contracting coordination

  • Serve as a senior, customer-facing partner and subject matter expert, advising provider organizations on Pearl’s platform and the value-based care landscape

  • Collaborate closely with sales, finance, product, operations, legal, and marketing to tailor deal strategy and advance negotiations

  • Build and refine internal tools, playbooks, and sales enablement resources that improve efficiency and consistency across the growth organization

  • Partner with growth operations and legal to streamline funnel workflows, improve pipeline visibility, and reduce deal cycle time

  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify commercial opportunities and inform cross-functional prioritization

  • Lead cross-functional workstreams for enterprise accounts and strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution

  • Surface customer feedback and operational insights to drive scalable improvements in Pearl’s go-to-market approach

What You'll Bring

You bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Commercial & Strategic Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, growth, or strategic operations

  • Experience supporting complex sales, partnership, or enterprise deal cycles from proposal through close

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact

  • Healthcare or health tech experience preferred; familiarity with value-based care models is a strong plus

Execution & Communication Skills
  • Strong communicator able to synthesize commercial, technical, and financial inputs for diverse audiences
Experience developing proposals, coordinating deal terms, and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several priorities simultaneously

  • Ability to act as a trusted internal partner and external advisor

Analytical Mindset & Growth Orientation
  • Analytical, data-informed approach with a bias toward action

  • Interest in building and improving internal systems, processes, and tooling

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting as the business scales
