Job Description

About this Job

NIQ is building a Center of Revenue Enablement to strengthen commercial launch execution, accelerate go-to-market effectiveness, and scale best practice selling globally.

The Director, GTM Enablement owns the global enablement strategy and operating model for go-to-market (GTM) launches, ensuring NIQ’s most critical product and solution launches are executed with clarity, discipline, and measurable impact.

This role is responsible for connecting GTM strategy to field execution at scale—defining the standards, governance, and enablement systems required to bring new products and solutions to market effectively. The focus is on enterprise-level launch readiness, execution quality, and adoption, ensuring sellers are fully equipped to deliver from day one.

This is not a training role; it is a senior commercial leadership role focused on enablement as a control system for GTM launch execution and performance.

The role operates as a central orchestrator across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Regional leadership, ensuring GTM launches are well-structured, execution-ready, and consistently delivered across markets. This role is accountable for pre-launch readiness, launch execution, and early-stage activation, with ongoing in-market execution supported by activation and field teams.

GTM Launch Enablement Strategy & Operating Model

  • Oversee the development of structured launch enablement plans for priority initiatives

  • Ensure the field is equipped with execution-ready tools that drive customer engagement and revenue impact

  • Drive consistency and quality in how launches are enabled globally across regions

Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance

  • Act as the senior enablement leader for GTM launch readiness and execution quality

  • Lead global launch governance, readiness reviews, and executive-level checkpoints

  • Drive alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales to reduce fragmentation and improve speed to impact

  • Partner with Lead Generation & Activation to ensure seamless transition from launch readiness into scaled in-market execution

Measurement, Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor KPIs for GTM launch effectiveness, including readiness, adoption, and early performance

  • Identify execution risks, gaps in seller readiness, and inconsistencies in launch quality

  • Lead post-launch reviews to capture insights and improve repeatability of successful launches

  • Continuously evolve the GTM enablement approach based on data, feedback, and business outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 10–12+ years experience in sales enablement, go-to-market execution, commercial operations, or related roles

  • Proven experience leading GTM launches or large-scale commercial initiatives

  • Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions and enterprise commercial execution

  • Demonstrated ability to operate at senior leadership level and influence executive stakeholders

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into scalable execution systems

  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
