The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Learning and Experience Design to join our GTM Revenue Enablement team. This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Enablement - Shared Services.
You will lead a high-performing team in designing, developing, and delivering innovative, scalable learning and enablement experiences for Zscaler’s GTM organization. This leader sets the vision, operationalizes processes, and ensures the portfolio fuels measurable impact on GTM OKRs by simplifying, innovating, and standardizing our learning ecosystem.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
- Define and evolve LED vision, strategy, and operating model; translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap that drives GTM OKRs. Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale
- Own intake, scoping, and prioritization cycles. Partner with GTM leadership, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to align on goals and deliver initiatives such as QLPs, onboarding, certifications, and partner enablement
- Oversee the entire LXD lifecycle and uphold standards for consistent delivery quality, guiding the creation and governance of engaging, modular, and scalable learning assets
- Establish frameworks to measure and evaluate program effectiveness, using evidence-based iteration for continuous improvement
- Pilot and operationalize innovative tools and modalities—including AI onboarding, interactive formats, and in-the-flow learning—to enhance engagement and efficiency

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7 to 10+ years in learning experience design, enablement, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibility; proven success leading multi-modal programs for B2B/SaaS GTM audiences
- Expertise in LXD methodologies and standards, with demonstrated stakeholder management, portfolio prioritization, and program leadership
- Proven ability to operationalize design processes, establish templates/standard work, and implement robust measurement frameworks
- Familiarity with learning systems (LMS/CMS) and modern LXD toolsets; comfort evaluating and integrating new tools, including AI-enabled capabilities
- Strategic thinker and pragmatic operator with a growth mindset who collaborates with candor and influences across levels

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
