The RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to own execution across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. You’ll be the hands-on driver of Doctronic’s lifecycle efforts, directly building campaigns in Braze, analyzing results, and iterating fast.
This is a player role with leadership upside: you’ll execute the work while shaping the lifecycle roadmap. Over time, this role could evolve into people leadership as the team grows.
ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage end-to-end lifecycle execution in Braze (campaigns, flows, testing, reporting).
Build and optimize patient journeys: onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back.
Run A/B and multivariate tests across subject lines, creative, cadence, and channels.
Monitor lifecycle KPIs and generate insights to share with leadership.
Ensure full HIPAA/TCPA compliance in all lifecycle campaigns.
Collaborate with product, growth, and design to create aligned, patient-first messaging.
4–6 years in lifecycle/CRM/retention marketing.
Must-have: hands-on Braze experience (daily operator-level expertise).
Strong track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable lift.
Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats.
Analytical and detail-oriented: able to dive into data and optimize accordingly.
Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries a plus.
