The Senior Manager, Marketing Automation & Revenue Operations leads Neighborly's Franchise Development’s HubSpot marketing technology ecosystem and optimizes the franchise development customer journey. This role oversees marketing automation, CRM operations, lead management, integrated campaign execution, system integrations, and marketing analytics to improve qualified lead generation, franchise sales growth, and performance across Marketing and Sales.

As a Senior Manager, Marketing Automation & Revenue Operations on the Franchise Development Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Own and optimize the HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM ecosystem. 
  • Design and manage automated lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and customer journey workflows. 
  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, webinars, events, digital advertising, landing pages, and forms. 
  • Manage CRM data quality, segmentation, compliance, and marketing operations best practices. 
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting that measure campaign performance, lead generation, marketing attribution, pipeline health, and ROI. 
  • Partner with Franchise Development and Sales leadership to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. 
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and key marketing technologies, including analytics, advertising, and customer data platforms. 
  • Continuously optimize marketing performance through testing, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. 
  • Stay current on HubSpot capabilities and emerging marketing technology trends.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of Marketing Automation or Marketing Operations experience. 
    • Advanced experience administering HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise. 
    • Strong understanding of CRM management, marketing automation, lead generation, and digital marketing. 
    • Experience with workflow automation, reporting, API integrations, and marketing analytics. 
  • Preferred:
    • HubSpot certifications. 
    • Revenue Operations experience. 
    • Experience supporting franchise development or multi-location organizations. 
    • Experience with LiveRamp, Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Salesforce, or similar marketing technologies. 
    • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and SQL. 
  • Skills:.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across cross-functional teams. 
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy 
    • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
