NVentures – NVIDIA’s venture capital arm – invests in leading AI companies with strategic relevance for NVIDIA: growing the NVIDIA ecosystem and use cases for accelerated compute. We are stage agnostic investors passionate about multiple sectors: hardware/software infrastructure, enterprise applications, physical AI, and frontier technologies. We are seeking to hire an experienced Senior Manager to join the investing team in Santa Clara, CA. You are a team-oriented professional, embodying integrity, humility and a dedication to excellence. What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing investment transactions from start to finish as part of our small team

  • Directly sourcing investment opportunities through internal and external networks

  • Leading due diligence in collaboration with NVIDIA product, engineering and research teams

  • Working with portfolio companies post investment to bring value through NVIDIA engagement

  • Developing insightful investment theses and sectoral perspectives

  • Presenting investment opportunities and perspectives to NVIDIA senior executive leadership

  • Contributing to the evolution of team culture, process and structure

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; MBA is a plus

  • 10+ years of combined experience in investing, banking, consulting, and/or AI native technology firms

  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • Previous professional experience in venture capital and/or AI-focused startups

  • Outstanding communication skills and experience presenting to senior executives

  • Entrepreneurial mentality and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent business judgment, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to develop positive relationships internally and externally

  • Strong mentorship and team-building skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Passion for AI technologies with a strong pulse on the founder ecosystem, AI trends and industry developments

  • Prior experience in an operating/managerial role at a start-up

  • Technical background (e.g., STEM degree)

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD for Level 4, and 248,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
