Position Summary ​The Senior Manager, People Operations, Technology & Analytics is responsible for leading HR technology, people analytics, reporting, workforce insights, operational governance, and service delivery optimization across the organization. This role oversees Workday and related HR systems, drives data-driven decision making, improves operational effectiveness, and advances automation and technology initiatives that support business growth and employee experience. The position partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions, actionable insights, and continuous improvement across the People function.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned

  • Lead the organization's HR technology ecosystem, including Workday administration, enhancements, integrations, roadmap planning, and vendor management.
  • Oversee people analytics, workforce reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to support data-driven business decisions.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement, service delivery optimization, shared services support models, and self-service solutions.
  • Establish governance frameworks, data management standards, internal controls, and compliance processes that ensure data integrity and operational consistency.
  • Lead automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to implement strategic initiatives, manage change, and deliver innovative People solutions.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer service.
  • Influence stakeholders and lead through change by building cross-functional partnerships and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional service while influencing leaders across the organization.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing People Operations team through coaching, accountability, and talent development.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: ·

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, People Analytics, Reporting, Shared Services, or HR Transformation.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, workforce data, governance, and employee service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Advanced Workday HCM experience.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Workday Reporting, or other analytics platforms.
  • Experience leading digital transformation, automation, AI, governance, or shared services initiatives.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire.  Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.  Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time. 

Compensation: $131,250.00 - $175,000.00

Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members.  Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
