We Are Hiring

We're looking for a Senior Manager of People Operations to drive the core People function at Claravine. This is a hands-on, high-impact role built for someone who excels at execution: running full-cycle recruiting and people processes, keeping the employee experience running smoothly as we grow, and being an excellent partner to managers and leaders. If you love being the person who gets things done and takes real ownership of outcomes, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, and operational roles, from individual contributor to leadership positions
  • Build and maintain pipelines for key hiring areas, partnering closely with hiring managers to define needs and move quickly
  • Drive a consistent, candidate-friendly interview process from sourcing through onboarding
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance) and use data to improve the talent acquisition processes

Onboarding & Talent Development

  • Run a structured onboarding experience that sets new hires up for early success
  • Partner with managers on 30/60/90 day plans and new hire ramp tracking
  • Support learning and development initiatives, career pathing, and internal mobility

Performance & Employee Experience

  • Administer performance review cycles and support managers and leaders through calibration and feedback conversations
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations matters with good judgment, discretion, and urgency
  • Drive remote and in-person engagement initiatives that reinforce culture and reduce attrition

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Own core HR processes: policies, benefits administration (PEO/EOR), HRIS, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance across employment practices and maintain SOC 2-aligned people procedures
  • Keep systems and records accurate and audit-ready

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of People/HR experience, with meaningful depth in talent acquisition and recruiting operations
  • Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and functions simultaneously
  • Track record of excellent placement of talent across all levels of an organization
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you have had to build as you go
  • Strong experience with core HR operations: onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance basics
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills across all levels
  • Comfort operating independently against a strategy
  • Experience with an HRIS and ATS

What We Offer

Compensation

Annual base salary is anticipated to be between $100,000 - $130,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive equity and/or annual bonus pay based on individual and company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions and demands.

Benefits & Perks

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
    • Claravine pays 80% of the premium cost across all enrollment tiers (individual, family, etc.)
    • Access to additional services including Kindbody (gynecology & family building care), TalkSpace (online mental health therapy), Teladoc, and One Medical.
  • 401k with company match up to 3.5%
  • Flexible Time Off (With Manager Approval)
  • 8 paid company holidays in the US, plus the week between 12/24 - 01/01
  • Generous parental leave paid at 100%
  • Monthly technology stipend to support remote work costs (e.g., internet)
  • One-time New Employee Stipend to set up your remote workspace

Equal Opportunity Statement

Claravine, Inc is committed to the principles of equal employment. It is our intent to build and maintain a work environment that is free of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation based on an individual’s race, color, religion, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, sexual orientation, veteran and/or military status, protected medical leaves, domestic violence victim status, political affiliation, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local laws.

We Encourage You to Apply

We know that some candidates, especially those from historically underrepresented groups, may hesitate to apply unless they feel they meet 100% of the requirements. If you’re excited about this role and believe you could be a great fit, we encourage you to apply. Your unique experiences and perspective could be exactly what we need.
