Role Description
As a Senior Manager, Product Management for Web Experience within the Integrated Marketing organization, you will help shape and advance the Dropbox.com experience in partnership with design, engineering, and marketing teams. You will translate the north-star strategy into actionable roadmaps, manage the day-to-day execution of web initiatives, and ensure the website continues to serve as a compelling expression of our brand and a critical part of the user lifecycle.

In this role, you will manage and coach a small team of product managers and producers, guiding them through short and mid-term roadmap development, prioritization, and sprint planning. You will also work closely with stakeholders across marketing and product to ensure the web experience aligns with key business objectives, user needs, and campaign priorities. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape Dropbox’s digital presence while gaining meaningful cross-functional exposure and driving impact at scale.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of web product managers and producers, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality execution across initiatives.
  • Translate the north-star strategy into mid-term roadmaps and partner with the team to define and deliver near-term priorities, features, and improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with web engineering, web design, and integrated marketing partners to drive high-impact enhancements to the Dropbox.com experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and design to align on goals, requirements, and success criteria for web initiatives.
  • Support the execution of optimization efforts, including user journey improvements, experimentation, and data-driven enhancements to engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure roadmap visibility, prioritization clarity, and consistent communication with cross-functional teams and leaders regarding progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, leveraging insights and qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on web-based products or digital experiences
  • 2+ years managing a team of product managers; at minimum, one year mentoring and guiding other product managers as team lead
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategic direction into actionable product roadmaps and delivering high-quality digital experiences
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, user experience principles, and the product development lifecycle
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive web experiences
  • Experience using data, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making and optimize user journeys and conversion funnels
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain alignment across stakeholders, and communicate product updates clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with integrated marketing teams or supporting marketing-driven web initiatives
  • Experience working in both product-led and sales-led software-as-a-service environments
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Webflow, or Contentful
  • Experience with web experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude
