Position Mission/Summary 

In this position, you will manage strategic projects within the Product Quoting Applications and Rules organization. This high-impact role involves leading complex, high-visibility initiatives that require significant resources, carry moderate risk, and deliver value to our matrix partners through a variety of channels.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, innovative, proficient in change management and a strategic thinker. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Key organizational responsibilities include overseeing the Aetna Quoting Center (AQC) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications, as well as maintaining the product rules that ensure compliant benefit configuration for LG Commercial business.

  • Resource Management- Utilize your experience to strategically allocate subject matter expertise and optimizing personnel.
  • Champion the simplification of complex processes, making a meaningful impact on organizational goals and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Strategic Thinking- Harness your analytical skills to inform data-driven decisions, identifying challenges and opportunities that contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
  • Technology- Demonstrate your technological prowess through fluency in essential tools such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and/or Quickbase.
  • Minimum 7+ years’ work experience in project or program management, product management, operations; IT experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Aetna Quoting Center (AQC) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications.
  • PMP Certification
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefits

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
