Your contribution will be:

Leadership & People Management

  • Set clear goals, provide regular performance feedback, and ensure professional growth and skill development within the team.
  • Establish a high‑accountability culture grounded in accuracy, responsiveness, and process excellence.
  • Prioritize and allocate team workloads to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual commission deadlines.

Commission Plan Design & Strategy

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, market‑competitive commission plans aligned with company strategy, values, and evolving business needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on commission plan strategy and overall effectiveness related to industry benchmarks and plan optimization.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Total Rewards to ensure alignment of commission planning with annual compensation cycles.
  • Lead the development of executive commission plan elements for revenue roles in accordance with governance and compliance requirements.

 Commission Plan Administration & Execution

  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of global commission payouts by the analyst team and in partnership with Finance.
  • Own system and tool enablement (Salesforce, SPIFF, Excel models, analytics tools) to ensure streamlined and reliable commission operations.
  • Create and manage communication and enablement resources for annual plan rollouts, policy changes, and system updates.
  • Maintain documentation, audit trails, and compliance processes supporting commission governance.

 Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Direct the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reporting tools, and data models that support insights, forecasting, and commission plan governance.
  • Review analyst-provided data for accuracy and completeness; ensure reports reflect strong data integrity and business relevance.
  • Provide business leaders with ongoing insights into plan performance, financial impact, and compensation trends.

 Issue Resolution & Field Support

  • Lead the team responsible for resolving commission-related inquiries from the Revenue organization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication back to field employees and leaders.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive compensation issues requiring cross-functional alignment.

 Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify, drive, and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in commission operations.
  • Ensure global commission plans meet regulatory requirements and support internal compensation governance standards.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment on budgeting, compliance, and reporting.

To be successful, we think you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, business analysis, finance, or related roles; experience in SaaS or technology environments strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including leading analysts or compensation operations teams.
