  • Optimize territory planning, account prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize market opportunity.
  • Ensure disciplined adoption of Nasuni's sales methodology, qualification standards, CRM processes, and sales tools.

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve forecasting, reporting, and sales efficiency.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitive dynamics, product positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support strategic customer engagements when appropriate.

Leverage Data and AI to Improve Sales Execution

  • Use CRM analytics, performance metrics, and AI-enabled sales productivity tools to identify trends, improve forecasting, and increase team effectiveness.
  • Coach sellers on responsible use of AI tools for account research, pipeline management, customer engagement, and sales preparation while ensuring accuracy, sound judgment, and customer trust.
  • Continuously improve sales workflows by combining data-driven insights with disciplined sales execution.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12 months, you will have:
