Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize technical operations, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track open audit items
  • Drive the execution of technical process documentation and asset tracking
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within technical operations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to technical services and solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex issues and challenges
  • Prepare and present metrics on technical operations performance and initiatives to senior leadership
  • Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem resolution decisions

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum - 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Project Management or Related
  • Minimum - 8 Years of Technical Operations, Technical Systems, Infrastructure, Emerging Technologies or related
  • Preferred - 4 Years of People Management

In Lieu of Education

  • 12 Years of Technical Systems, Infrastructure, Emerging Technologies including People Management

License/Certifications/Training

  • Preferred: ITIL certification
  • Preferred: PMP certification

Compensation & Benefits: 

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $119,400.00 to $204,600.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
