About Graza

At Graza, we believe every kitchen deserves delicious, super fresh olive oil that’s affordable enough to be used everyday. Our single origin olive oils are just that, and they come in an easy-to-use squeeze bottle that makes everything more fun. Psssst: We now make olive oil mayonnaise and potato chips, too!

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team based in Brooklyn, NY, reporting into the Director of Brand. This person will oversee our organic social media strategy, driving brand awareness, affinity, and relevance through social-first content, campaigns, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is equally creative and strategic, has their finger on the pulse of internet culture, and is excited by the challenge of scaling a best-in-class social media program.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that this person will commute into Graza’s Brooklyn office 4 days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development of social-first content, series, and campaigns that support and amplify tentpole brand moments and seasonal priorities
  • Drive brand awareness, affinity, and cultural relevance through a content strategy that balances our entertainment-first approach with educational brand and product storytelling
  • Define monthly social content priorities across Instagram, TikTok, and new channels, collaborating with our Social Content Producer and the larger brand/creative team to ensure our content mix ladders up to key social and brand objectives
  • Oversee the social content strategy and calendar planning across all platforms, inclusive of owned content, brand collaborations, and influencer collaborations
  • Propose ideas for bigger social-focused brand partnerships, and execute on bringing them to life
  • Partner with our Social Content Producer to develop episodic and longer-form content series that drive reach, engagement, and affinity
  • Support the team in all content concepting, filming, and editing — ensuring brand and creative alignment
  • Oversee publishing across all brand accounts and platforms
  • Collaborate with the broader team to align social content initiatives with influencer partnerships and extend the impact of content and campaigns across other marketing channels
  • Spearhead our social community strategy, partnering with our Community Manager to evolve community programming and nurture our community of brand loyalists through both digital and IRL activations
  • Identify opportunities to meaningfully insert Graza into the cultural conversation through content, partnerships, and community engagement
  • Manage our monthly social content budget, proposing recommendations for how to optimize the budget in alignment with seasonal brand priorities
  • Share social media performance and insights through monthly reporting, ensuring cross-functional visibility

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in the social/content/influencer space, with at least two years of experience in-house at a consumer brand
  • Strong POV on what makes for a stand-out social media program, plus a deep understanding of the social media landscape and what drives engagement across platforms
  • Experience managing a monthly social / content budget, with the ability to be scrappy and resourceful as needed
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Equally creative and strategic: You want to propose big ideas and take big swings, and you're able to articulate the larger “why” behind them
  • Collaborator and team player: You’re a good, kind, fun person to work with
  • *Preferred but not required: 1+ year of people management experience
  • *Preferred but not required: Proficiency in social native content creation & video editing :-)

Benefits

The base pay range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. Bonuses and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package. Graza offers fully covered health care plans (medical, dental, and vision) plus flexible paid time off, in addition to a full range of benefits.
