This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems to develop, launch, and manage a B2B enterprise website.
- Perform web development on Front End Applications leveraging a test-driven development pattern.
- Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems to create a single, cohesive digital customer experience in collaboration with partner product teams.
- Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, and mentoring other members of the engineering community.
- Collaborate with digital product managers, UX designers, and content strategists to deliver robust, cloud-based digital experiences that drive traffic, engagement, and sales pipeline.
- Utilize programming languages like JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript and Java, Tailwind CSS, Next.js, open source frameworks, RESTful web services, and work on cross-browser and cross-device development.
- Managing and securing website infrastructures with integrated marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and experiential platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering
- At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 4 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 9+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 7+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
