The Head ofStrategic Events & Executive Programs is a key member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of North America Marketing. This role will lead the planning and execution of Axonius’s global events portfolio and executive programs. The mission is to drive business growth, accelerate pipeline development, and elevate the Axonius brand through high-impact, meticulously executed experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the end-to-end global events strategy, including Axonius Adapt (our annual flagship customer event), key industry conferences (e.g., RSA, Black Hat), and executive-level programs—all directly aligned to pipeline and brand awareness goals.
  • Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and internal alignment to ensure flawless delivery and measurable impact for each event.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing teams (Campaigns, Regional, Product) to develop integrated programs that engage executive (CxO) audiences and drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future programs.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to create memorable executive experiences that deepen customer relationships and accelerate deal velocity.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct experience managing and executing large-scale B2B event marketing programs.
  • Proven experience managing program budgets, vendors, and logistics with measurable ROI outcomes.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with an eye for detail and operational excellence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and on-site event execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience planning and executing events in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Prior experience supporting or launching an inaugural customer or user conference.
  • Familiarity with developing and executing Executive-level (e.g., CxO) programs and experiences.
  • Proficiency in tools for tracking and reporting event performance and pipeline acceleration.

Axonius is committed to fair and equitable compensation packages. A candidate’s salary will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our packages include stock options, attractive benefits, and an annual bonus.

Annual Salary Range (bonus and equity included in addition to the below numbers)
$150,000$170,000 USD
