Job Overview:
Arm is looking for a bold, forward‑thinking Senior Manager to lead some of the most influential strategic programs across the company. In this role, you won't only provide support to the business - you will contribute to crafting the structures that power Arm's next wave of innovation. You'll operate at the intersection of finance, technology, legal, and executive leadership, driving clarity, alignment, and execution on initiatives that define Arm's future.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to build how Arm scales, partners, and commercializes its world-changing technology.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, coordination, and execution of cross‑functional strategic programs that accelerate Arm's most important business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership, financial, legal, and corporate teams to structure and operationalize sophisticated, innovative commercial arrangements - including multi‑element IP licensing, non‑standard deal structures, and cross‑entity partnerships.
  • Provide strategic insight and financial guidance to ensure that bold ideas translate into aligned, executable outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and lead financial and operational risks tied to large‑scale or innovative agreements.
  • Build and maintain governance frameworks that bring clarity to sophisticated transactions.
  • Foster continuous improvement across Arm's strategic program management and financial processes, helping the organization operate with greater speed and precision.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA strongly preferred.
  • 5-15 years of experience in strategic finance, technical accounting, or related fields within complex, global organizations.
  • Deep technical accounting expertise under US GAAP, especially with complex arrangements involving ASC 606, ASC 850, ASC 810, and ASC 805; IFRS knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Experience interpreting, structuring, and summarizing complex legal agreements.
  • Background in the semiconductor or broader technology sector is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across diverse teams, and deliver results in fast‑moving environments.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Experience in the banking or consulting industry is a plus.

Salary Range:
$187,000-$253,000 per year
