You’ll lead a team at the intersection of architecture, value realization, and technical strategy, influencing how we design, govern, and expand complex solutions. This is a highly visible role where your impact will be felt across teams, customers, and the long-term success of our platform.

As our Senior Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering, you will:

  • Establish clear technical guardrails, handoffs, and decision frameworks across Technical Solutions, Field Delivery, and Professional Services teams
  • Intervene in high-risk engagements to stabilize architectures and prevent systemic issues
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, including architecture, solution engineering, or technical consulting

What will make you stand out:
  • Ability to operate seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on technical problem-solving
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with global enterprise clients
  • Strong judgment in navigating ambiguity and preventing long-term technical debt
  • Track record of driving alignment between business objectives and technical execution
