Job Overview:
The Arm Product Marketing team is responsible for all product and partner marketing activities across the breadth of market segments that are addressed by Arm technology and businesses. Our mission is to define the technology and business messaging for Arm. We do this by working closely with sales, product management and business and technology leadership both within Arm and in our vast ecosystem of partners.
This role is focused on the Client marketing segments (smartphones, wearables, AR/VR, home, large-screen compute), and reports into the Director of Client product marketing. We are seeking a hardworking individual with technical marketing experience to work closely with our world-leading engineering, sales, marketing, and product management teams on providing outstanding marketing messaging for promotion and launch of our Client products. This role will be critical in actioning the marketing plan, to ensure the messages are delivered and understood by all our audiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing outstanding product marketing messages for promotion and launch of Client products
  • Delivering to the goals, priorities, and overall messages for Client Product Marketing
  • Building deep technical marketing relationships with the Client line of business, engineering, ecosystem partners and other Arm marketing functions to ensure the products are expertly promoted, launched and business goals are met
  • Collaborate throughout the business and the partnership to understand market requirements and value propositions, to ensure Client products are expressed thoughtfully to the target audiences

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Strong understanding of Client market segment, business models and ecosystem
  • Deep technical understanding of the Client products and ecosystem (CPUs, GPUs, System IP, tools and Software)
  • Ability to synthesize and analyse product features from Segment/GTM, product and solution management to develop the key value propositions that drive Arm's significance to partners and other key audiences
  • Experience creating outstanding messages and collateral across a broad range of channels, from PowerPoint to blogs and web-based tools
  • Ability to engage and build strong relationships with ecosystem partners to drive joint announcements, activities, and marketing campaigns

"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
  • Background in technology marketing with demonstrated ability in a technology company
  • Specific knowledge and experience with Arm Client technologies (CPU/subsystem IP, GPU/gaming sector)
  • Experience of networking with go-to-market/segment contacts at relevant Client ecosystem partners (silicon providers, game engines, OS/ISV/app ecosystem, ODM/OEM manufacturers, etc)
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfortable speaking to peers extending to executive level
  • Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives to resolution, working with the wider team or independently with minimal direction or supervision
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization and across different lines of businesses
  • Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
